Join us for a breakfast workshop with minfulHU.
Breath is the core of mindfulness practise and a key element of mental & physical wellbeing. In this workshop, we will guide you step by step to open your full-body sensations and the awareness of the present moment. You will learn some simple breathing techniques from the Eastern to deal with the stress in your daily life and find your own way of mindful living.
A healthy breakfast will be served during the workshop.
